3. Booking and Consultations


Initial Consultations

  • Pre-audit calls are informational only and do not constitute a full audit
  • No audit results or recommendations are provided during initial consultations
  • These calls are designed to assess fit and explain our process

Paid Services

  • Full audits and consulting services require separate agreements and payment
  • Scope of work will be clearly defined before any paid engagement begins

4. Payment Terms


  • Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

Hardly Selling's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.


10. Termination


Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already provided.


11. No-Show Policy


  • Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may result in fees
  • Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services

12. Communication


  • Primary communication will be through email and scheduled calls
  • We are not responsible for missed communications due to spam filters or technical issues

13. Modifications


We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date.


14. Governing Law


These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nashville.
